Typhoon Valve demonstrates a very positive effect on oil-water separation. Especially at higher water-cuts the effect is impressive on the water quality where the oil content is reduced by factors of more than 10 in many cases. Also the oil quality was generally improved. The tests have demonstrated the Typhoon Valve as a robust technology with positive effects across a variety of changes in process test conditions.
